Mid mount Back Hoe , 3 pt hitch arms come with it . LA723 loader , and DH90 Back hoe . What is a fair price ? I offered $14,000 cash , he sad NO way !!

LOL, so, he said NO!, eh? Not too surprising. He may have 25K+ in that unit, I don't know what they cost in 2005, but using Kubota website tractor builder utility, you could see what a comparable new unit would list for today, bearing in mind, hardly anyone pays list.

DT is a gear shift.

$16k seems like a steal compared to some of these

The lower hour machines are running ~15k with NO BH. And the only one I seen with a BH was 18.5k and had almost 1200hrs.

If everything is in good shape (it should be at under 200hrs), I wouldn't have a moments hesitation at $16k

what about the power ? I am use to a 45 HP 2 wheel drive . I loved the L3400 HST I drove last week for 2 hrs grading driveways . I do not need a HUGE hp tractor , but wanted to stay between 35-38 . Also , I can get a NEW L3700 with FEL for $16,650 .

The BH would add close to 8K+. I would jump on that 3130 like a chicken on a June bug. If it works out that you want more machine later you can easily get as much or close to that price later anyway and would be like renting for very little or next to nothing. That 3130 will do a lot.

I would not wait very long on that one. Look what happened on the L3400 deal. Spring is here and prime time to be selling a tractor.

Is that a BH90 or BH 72 or 77? I was not aware that the 3130 would take a 90. I may very easily be mistaken. If it is the 90 it is worth even more. The 3700 uses a 76. Either way the fact that it is a Kubota BH makes it worth quite a bit.
