Hi Guys ;

Took delivery of new L3200.

Checked everything on delivery except 3 point.

Went to use it today and it will go down but not up.

However if you roll the bucket (left) the 3 point goes up perfectly.

It would seem that the assembly blocked a circuit in the 3 point hydraulic.

Anybody have a thought? Fluid is good . ? The 3 point will only move up while you are opening the curl circuit. So if you need full travel on 3 pt you need to roll then curl again. I assume this is not normal ops?

I will call the sales guy in the AM but I need to tell him where to start.

Thanks for the help!

I had that exact same problem when i bought my new L3710. I examined it closely and realized the speed control knob under the seat had been turned all the way in, maybe your Kubota has a similiar knob.

I checked the knob (valve) .

It is wide open. The weird part is that when I curl the bucket it works.

Somehow fluid is being bypassed until the curl is active.

Somebody hooked up a block wrong. I wish I had the schematic too look at.

There has to be a way to explain this.

Sometimes new is a PIA!

Cheers,

Roy

Were all of your manuals delivered with your tractor?

The front loader install manual spells out the hydraulic plumbing routing.

Can't help with your problem, but I did drive through a Kubota dealership this morning, and saw a brand new BX25 with no backhoe, or subframe for one, and the standard height fixed ROPS. Oh, the loader had the 243 decal on it too. Might not be a BX25 :D:D That doesn't look like Kubota attention to detail to me.

There are 2 hoses that are switched. You can switch them at the power block bellow your right foot or at the loader valve itself. It is hard to explain but it is the 2 hoses with the same connection style at the hydraulic block below the platform under your right foot.

I saw the block under my foot. I do not have the diagram to follow the flow.

No worries. I live in CT buck bough this tractor in MA. I emailed my sales guy today and had a response within an hour. They really have been a wonderful
experience. Sometimes things get missed by accident. We are human. Well most of us.....

They will take care of this no issue. I was trying to troubleshoot to get this done without discussion and learn something about this thing.

The fact it works when the curl circuit has flow means that there is a flow issue. The operators manual does not show the setup .

I just checked the block under my right foot.

There is a hose from the loader block with a green tag and a green circle on the block. The hose that looks just like it is not on the green dot.

I am not a Kubota tech but it would seem green to green is what I need.

I will see what the dealership tech comes up with.

Sounds like they have the "power beyond" and "return to tank" hoses switched.
