L225 Yr and Value

I have an L225 2 wheel drive in "fair to better"conditon with turf tires. The sheetmetal has some dents and some rust on the lower hood and fenders (not too bad). Could you let me know when this tractor was made and what would be the value?? It is a bare tractor without mower, etc.

Do you have a serial number,and what year did you buy the tractor if new.

Tractor is a recent purchase and I will try to post the Serial # tomorrow night if I get home for work before the witching hour! Thanks: Greasy Fingers

I finally got around to looking up the Serial #. The plate states that it is an L225 Ser# 12267 with an engine model of #D1100-A 24hp at 2700 RPM. Hope someone can help me date it now??? Thanks for the Help. greasy fingers
