Price Check on an L3750

I am looking at an L3750 w/4300 hours on it. It is in very clean condition has hydraulics for box tilt on the 3pt., good tires and paint. Runs out good and has a loader. Asking price is 13900. Is this in the ball park? What years was this model made? Is this a lot of hours for this tractor? Any help is appreciated...
