I thought it was an EPA mandated thing, but maybe not. So are you saying there are tractors in the 65HP and up size built now that aren't Tier IV???

There's a lot in play here 4 tier 4 compliance. also depend on earned emissions credits which manufactures earn in various ways generally by adopting new emissions requirements early

it is EPA, but its by and large not a cut over all at one time. They have engine credits and some of the models will lag behind. Example.. M9960 / 8560 are now all that's available, but if you want a narrow version the M8540 narrow is still in production. There are lots of examples of this.
