Buying Advice New to farming

I'm looking for some advice. I have been out tractor shopping and came across what I feel is a pretty good deal but would like to get some feedback from people with experience. I packaged some items together to get the best bang for my money.

2006 Kubota M5040DT 364 Hours 4WD with FEL. Awesome condition
2013 6' Land Pride Rotary mower
2013 6' Land Pride Bow Blade
2013 6' New Holland Disc mower

All this for $31,000 out the door. Just want to make sure before I pull the trigger.

Contact Barlows and see how much they want for the same package and then you'll know for sure how many dollars your saving or paying extra for a real in my yard package instead of if your paying more or less than someone else did. Or drive to Somerset and see and touch the real thing and maybe change your mind on some aspects of the package in real time.:thumbsup:

Seems about right for the package. What uses do you expect for this equipment?

I'm gonna use it to keep the gravel road in good condition as well as cutting about 10 acres for hay. And some mowing. I will be lucky to put 75 hours a year on the equipment.
