Delivery looks like it gonna happen in two days. New B2620 w/ FEL, MMM, BH and box blade.

What should I be looking for on delivery? What needs to be inspected?

First tractor, so not entirely sure what all I should be going over/checking before I sign off on delivery other than the obvious "is this the right tractor? Did it fall off the truck on the way over?"

Based on the good word here I went w/ Barlows, so its not like they will be down the street if something gets missed.

Thanks

It's a new tractor. If it's Marvin he will go over all the basic operations and handles. When you get time go over any bolt, pin, clip, etc to see if they are tight or attached. Check all of your fluids before using and have him show you where to check them which will end up checking them. After using a week or two check fluids again. Some of them settle.

So will I get all the pins I need, say for the 3pt hitch? Its pretty much ready to go "out of the box" right? I know all the loader and BH stuff should be there. Are there any special tools that come with it I should expect?

I know this sounds so noobish, but I really dont know. :)

Wondering if there is anything else I need to get to make use of all the implements (really just TLB, MMM and box blade for now.) I'm assuming it will roll off the trailer and be ready for work.

Check all fluids before the driver leaves, especially the Fuel Tanks. Make sure that the PTO works correctly and grease all Zerks. As others have stated, please check the hoses. Anything can happen on a Road Trip. Best wishes and Congratulations.

On my Kubota L3400hst I found several of the loader zerks had been "hit" with the grease gun ( a wad of grease on them) but no grease went into the pins. If you don't see grease coming out the side of the pins, It hasn't been greased.. The reason the grease did not go in you ask? The zerks still had the factory pain on the ends of them.. Scraped them with the pocket knife and greased the loader.. Wow so much quieter.!

Look at all the fluids with the dealer rep. My hydro fluid was low on each tractor I bought. Dealer said it went to the loader when they attached it. Like everyone said check grease zerks, function of everything, including PTO. I had a drawbar missing with my 3540. Good luck.

Make sure you get the owner's manuals for the tractor and all attachments. Then read them!

If you get a backhoe and the street pads make sure they give you the original non-swivel seat frame and original all metal feet. My dealer kept these and I had to inform them if I paid for them I want them and they handed them over!
