Looking for an opinion on pricing. I bought the 7610 new from Cavalier in VA about 10 years ago, with FEL and Woods 48" box blade. I purchased a Land Pride 72" rake a few years ago locally (Southern NH). Selling all as a package. All equipment has been stored indoors. Currently 212 Hours.

I bought similar in '09:
'07 B7610, LA352 FEL, about 240 hrs
SBX 48" box blade,
'07 18' Hudson HSE Deluxe trailer - 5 Ton

for $11.5K.

I look on Tractor House http://www.tractorhouse.com/list/list.aspx?Manu=KUBOTA&MDLGrp=B7610 and $11.5K seems a fair asking price for the tractor and FEL today.

If your selling it yourself I'd start at 12K if it's in great condition.

Hmm - a little lower than I was thinking, but in the ballpark anyway. I appreciate the reply. If I wind up on another larger property where I'm going, I'll buy a cab tractor, I think. Sure would be nice in the winter!

You can always start higher, but I've been tracking prices for a while. I just bought my M4700 for $11.5K in January, so I'm rather pleased the B7610 seems to hold it's value.

If you think that is low, ask a dealer what they will give you in trade :D

I sold a 2007 B7610 w/ LA352 FEL, 275 hours, in January of this year in excellent condition w/ 4 ft Bushhog & 5 ft Woods rear blade for $11,000.

Well, in the paper it goes, as well as on Craigslist. We'll see what I get. I appreciate the feedback, though - it will keep things real. Nothing harder than selling something too high.

The tractor & attachments went for $13,500 in the end. Sold! The condition was excellent, which helped.
