Price Check Is my price in the ballpark?

Hey guys,

I sold the farm, and I will be selling the tractor.

I'm thinking of selling the tractor and the implements as a package. Do you think that $18,000 is a good price?

Kubota L3410 HST 4x4 270 hours garage kept
R4 tires
LA482 FEL with 66" bucket
Bucket digging teeth
Bucket Forks
Befco C50 RD6 finish mower
Befco Post Hole Digger with 9" and 12" auger
900lb Seed Spreader
Old Manure Spreader (in need of repair)
Boom pole set up to drag pastures and driveway
Carry all
Sub Soiler modified to lay cable
Suitcase weights (not currently in use)

What do you think? What should I list it for? Should I break it up to sell seperately? I'm going to closing in mid October on the farm. Sould I list it now?
