Kubota 4690 Backhoe
Bought a 4690 Backhoe from a gentleman last year. He said it was used 4 or 5 times for small jobs. Demonstrated it for me and it worked great. I've had it sitting in my pole barn since the day he dropped it off. Since I'll be selling my home in the next few months, I've decided to sell the backhoe. I'm going to ask $4500. Is this a reasonable price for one in like new condition?

Re: Kubota 4690 Backhoe
I feel it is a good price depending on the use it has had.

Re: Kubota 4690 Backhoe
I have the backhoe in a polebarn near Versailes, Indiana. I think I have a few digital pictures of it available.

Re: Kubota 4690 Backhoe
$4500 would seem fair and reasonable for both buyer and seller based on what I have seen lately in my backhoe shopping. Used ones in excellent condition are very hard to find. Last week one was on eBay that I believe was a 12 year old Kubota equivalent to the 4690 (I think it had a different model number); the bid was $3500 2 days before the end of the auction, the condition looked good.
