thanks harv: don't know why it did not work the first time. WILL TELL U MY STORY just remember u asked for it./w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif for years i have been usinga ford 2n with loader ,it did the job but was getting to hard for me to handel, steered like a bear, and the min. u off loaded the rear end u had a problem. plus i got tired of messing with the chains.started looking at b7500, but fell in love with the 2410, did not know if i wanted to spend the extra$ . one night i was messing on the web and came across a dealer that had a used B2400(68 hrs.) it had an la351 loader, 6ftback blade, and 5ft. Befco finish mower, and R4 tires. dealer was 170 mi. away in a different state, so after a few e mails i took a day off and took a ride to see it. they let me play with it moving snow and some dirt.they would deliver free, and no sales tax because different state. so i bought it! with all the snow we get(buffalo ny area) it is a plesaure to use. have used it to do many things i did by hand because the ford was to big and hard to handel,. HYDRO, POWER STEERING, 4wd, IS A GOD SEND. just remember U ASKED!!! one more thing , how do u sign with that little tractor picture. attaching another pic. of my orange
(i hope)/w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Frank -

That last attachment probably got a little goofed up because the file name had a pound character (#) in it. Computers are kinda finicky about certain special characters, especially when it comes to file names and web addresses. Best bet is to stick with plain old letters and numbers. /w3tcompact/icons/wink.gif

Thanks for the story. That's actually a pretty good one. I especially liked the part where the dealer delivered it 170 miles for free! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

As for the little signature doohicky, you just need to whip up a little .gif or .jpg graphic that you want to represent yourself with (keep it small) and upload as an attachment to a message. Then open the image with your browser and copy the address from the location field near the top of your window and paste it into the signature area of your profile. Be sure to wrap it with [image] tags, as per the FAQ, and you should be all set. /w3tcompact/icons/cool.gif

Frank,

Picture came through 5x5. Looks nice and cozy in the garage in that last one. Way too clean! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif I'm sure you know what to do about that! /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif

Couldn't help but think about the time that some of us put into this message board and it is in fact a part of our lives. We may not be able to reach out and shake hands or pat each other on the back. I may not be able to come over and help pull your rig out of the mud but I can share in your experiences through this forum. In a small way we tend to bond and on varying levels form friendships. So out of respect I went back and searched out a post by Frank it was his second thread that he started in April of 2001. It is in his memory that this nearly decade old thread is brought to the to top.
Goodbye Frank
