After my father-in-law passed, my mother-in-law is currently trying to downsize. She has a BX and not sure of year. Not knowing the current cost of tractors I knew this forum would help. She lives out of state (GA) and I can not be around to help. If anyone could give me a fair asking price for this piece of equipment I would be appreciative. The hours if the pictures do not show well is 199.

No mower deck but with a back-hoe; $14,000,with deck another $1500-$2,000.Nice lower hour tractor for some-one.

Keep in mind prices vary regionally. You said she's in GA, if here in the Atlanta area it would likely sell for more than in rural south Georgia.

Take a look at local craigslist to see what others are asking.

Or you may want to sell it with the property as I'm sure the buyers will need a tractor.

You can also look at TractorHouse.com | Used Tractors For Sale: John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Kubota. for similar tractors.I didn't find one with a Back-hoe and no deck.

I been looking online and found a bx22 not a bx 23 with the same FEL and BH with more hours for $12,500 out west. Granted that is from a dealer, but it puts a little more light on the subject.
