Price Check 2005 bx23 Price

I live in the great northeast and know of a dealer that has a leftover 2005 BX23 Sub Cut TLB. It has a few demo hours on it but that's it. There are no extra implements with it. The salesman said he will "let it go" at $15,500. Many dealers sell the 2006 BX 24 at about that price. Anyway, what would a fair price be for a leftover 2005? I have checked ebay's completed auctions to see if any have low hour 2005's have traded, but none have. I would like to take this tractor off of this salesman's hands. I want to go back to him with an offer that I am comfortable with.

That sounds high.
BX23's w/a 60" MMM were going for alittle over $16,200 a couple yrs ago....

I just bought a bx-23 off ebay for 12,500 it has 105 hours on it, which in my mind is very low. I was looking at another one a few weeks ago located in MASS that sold for 14,200 and it had a mower deck and bagger with it. I would say 15,500 is very high for a leftover. I think I saw that Messicks said on this board once that he would sell a new bx-24 for about that price. Oh and I live in SouthEastern PA if that's any help.
