I just picked up a TG2742 snow blower. $400 off of craigslist! Drove 200 miles to get it, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity at that price. It came with no manual. From the looks of it, it seems like I will need to purchase some kind of mounting kit and possibly a PTO kit for the thing to attach properly to the G1900s.

Does anyone here have this same setup? What other components will I need to get this thing running?

Thanks,

Josh

I'm looking for the same attachment. You know if there is another available?

I just set up the winter the blow on a new to me unit. I do have the book for the bower and I think is is avilable. You will need a mounting kit. It works with the snow blower as well as the plow. It is a sub frame that you can mount either attachment to. The PTO was on the font of my engine. If you pull the battery you will see hoe it connects. I think the front PTO was a standard thing that come with the tractor but I am not absolutely sure about that. Hope this helps.

I was wondering if you found another snow blower unit that I could buy. I can't find one.

I have your hitch model #G2744 SN 69100630, problem is I'm in Forest Hill, Maryland. I bought a TG2742 on CL with the hitch minus items 1, 2, and 3 in the diagram. Kubota 30000541 TG2742 G1800-G1900-G2000 TRACTOR SUB LIFT FRAME PARTS normal.jpg If you are still interested, send me an e-mail. I want to use the quick hitch system G2720 as called for on my G2160.

Josh,
Just saw this thread from a couple of years. Question, do you still have th TG2742 blower? and most importantly do you sell it?

Let me know

Ed

Hi Adam,

I'm a little late to the party, but I'm interested in the 2742 subframe. Do you have that?

Thanks,

Josh
