Now that I've had my GR2120 for almost 2 years with 120 hours on the clock, I'm considering trading up and am interested in your opinions.
I've got 3 acres of grass and although the GR works well, i find it a little slow, and i really like the option to just tilt the mower up for cleaning and blade-sharpening, which i would do more often, given the ease of access. I also would use it for blowing snow. What I'm looking at is the GF 1800 and the F2690, kind of ruling the F3990 out because i doubt that i need the 4 Cylinder and besides that they apparently have some issues at this point.
So, it's the GF 1800 and the F2690. Does anyone think the F2690 is overkill for my needs and has anyone owed both models that has hands on experience?

Had a F2680e which I sold and bought back and recently traded it away again because I just like to trade. I also own a F3080 4wd 72" rear discharge deck and have owned two different ones. Won't sell or trade the F3080 since I need the 4wd and want the best mowing machine made.
Have many posts in this forum with specific info concerning all the Fs I've owned and their performance as have several other F owners.

Wonder why the GF1800 is not offered here in the USA ?

I got 2 prices on trading my GR2120 54 inch deck and snow blower with 130 hr's on it, for a F2690 with 60 inch deck and blower (manual chute)
The dealer i'v bought 3 machines from wants "about" 30k minus 7k, ( in other words 23k) trade in allowance. Plus tax
Another dealer wants 18,600 with trade in, plus tax
Seems i been dealing at the wrong place.
