Posi Lock Problem

After reading everyone's post's, I am positve it is not engaging. I will definetly check that cheap peice of metal on the pedal. To me it just acts like it's out of adjustment, so maybe something is bent. Thanks...

When I first got my BX2230, I noticed the very same thing. After assuring the linkage was not the problem, I had my BH subframe implement dealer look at it and they did a warranty repair that uncovered internal damage. I used to be able to check at a spot in my ditch where I could force a tire to spin. Depress the diff-lock pedal, slowly throttle up 'cause you don't want to slam it in and it should engage within a half wheel rotation. Sometomes run in backwards to see if it just didn't catch the slot.If not, its probably the same thing as mine was and it is an internal break.
