B3030 - It's for SOLD!!!
I will be purchasing :D a B3030 with R4's in the near future and cannot get a fix on the exact heights of the 2 styles of ROPS available on the 3030.

Would someone with each style of ROPS and R4's be willing to measure their machines and reply?

Thanks for all of the great info!

Thanks to all that have replied! My garage door is right at 81" tall......I may consider the rigid ROPS........BUT......if I get the folding, I can always add a back hoe later on down the road!! :D

Thanks again!

The folding ROPS comes in handy at times.

A couple of years ago I pulled my 3130 over to my Dads to bushhog for him. One of his tractors had no brakes and the other had a problem with the lift on the 3pt.

I could only back half-way into his his barn and his bushhog was in the vary back. I folded the ROPS down back in, hooked up and pulled out, then fixed the ROPS back. If the ROPS had not folded I would had to chain and drag the bushhog out.

Its good to have the folding ROPS since you never know when you may need to fold them down. Better to have it and not use it than to not have it and need it.
