I asked my dealer to install hooks on the FEL of my GL3430. He put clevis type hooks on the sides near the top. I'm not crazy about them placed there, but I don't use them much anyway. I also had a single cylinder grapple put on the FEL. It turns out not to be as usefull as I hoped it would be, but it does make a great place to fasten a chain!

When I bought my tractor, I asked the dealer to put three hooks on it.

He said "where?"

I said "Ask your welder where everyone else gets them and put them there."

Problem solved, and the hooks are very useful.

I put mine in the middle at the top of the FEL in an already re-informed area. I just drilled through and bolted on a hook commercially available bolt on hook with 2 bolt holes. It's been there for several years with no signs of weakening. Welding may be better but the way I did it cost $7 .
