Got My BX2360 in March so neither blades have not seen snow yet. Both are home made.

Both blades were made from a 100gl up right LP tank 1/4" thick very hard steel 24"H 5'W. It moves dirt well should work on show. Side view

Why don't they sell blades like that? I have always wanted a simple front push blade.

Good job!!

Bump for an interesting topic.

My new tool. Reglazing the old Sims cab with new plexiglass. Has a heater! Only 1150 hours. Cleaning up nicely.

No more "Where the H*ll do I push it now moments"!

Looks nice. I'm envious of the snow! We only get that much once in a lifetime.

Past 2 years I haven't NEEDED to plow (not saything that I didn't anyway).

We got 8" of snow on Monday afternoon. Didn't plow because I didn't have everything set up on the tractor, and figured it would melt during the day yesterday anyway.

I did put the cutting edge back on the newly powdercoated plow and hooked it up to the tractor last night, hoping doing that would ensure we wouldn't get the 16" snowstorm overnight that they were calling for. Fortunately, the overpaid meteorologists were wrong again (they completely missed the 8" storm on Monday).

I am not yet done with my pre-winter projects around the house & property, so I need the snow to hold off for another month.

Here's a pic of the plow after I got it back from the powder coater earlier this summer.
And some pics of the first snow of the season on the last day of summer.
