Default My little GR thinks it's a BX now

Here's a link to photobucket with some vids and pics of some recent mods to my GR2000.I know these are not designed to do this kind of work,so I give it frequent breaks to keep the hydro from overheating. So far,so good

Great pictures and videos. Your tractor looks to do well at those tasks..... even ripping your soil !

Is that a Trim Tab motor you are using to raise and lower your impliments?

Basically the same, yes. It's a 4" stroke ball screw I.E.I. 12V w/limiting clutches end of travel both directions and 1200lb/3000lb work load/holding load. It'll jack the rear wheels off the ground-no problem.

Wish I had a breaking plow.I think it would pull it no problem. The 4" clearance on the rear axle housing might be a problem though, plus mucking up the glidesteer clutch linkage on the right side.Still like to try it though, just for kicks.

That is an awesome setup! Did you build the sleeve hitch yourself or bought it? I'm interested in using a box scraper to level my gravel driveway also. What kind of cost am I looking at? Thanks.

I puchased a generic sleeve hitch off ebay, made some improvements to it,then designed the framework for the tractor and had a local fab shop weld up the sub-assemblies for me.Probably have around $700 in everything. If I had a welder and a source for scrap steel I could have saved a couple hundred easily.
