Lots of information here, but hard to follow.

does the motor turn over?
If so are you sure there is nothing engaged? Like the pto? When I first got my tractor it was running fine, then I shut it off, wouldn't start. After about five minutes I noticed that when I got off the tractor I had pushed the lpto lever into gear.......

On some of the 7100s you must have the clutch pedal depressed to start the tractor. Not sure if it is the same on a 5100. Just a thought.
