A couple of hydraulic lines blew out on my BX2200 last week, so I thought I would just replace them all while I was at. Good plan, until I forgot to take note of how the hoses were positioned and routed coming out of the valve manifold. It's a really tight fit. Unfortunately, the LA211 parts manual doesn't show the routing through the FEL frame and it's a little unclear about some of the hose ends. I did mark which hose connected to what line/coupler, but didn't take note of the routing in between.
Could someone please describe/post an image of how the 7 hoses are routed through the FEL frame to the 3 tractor quick-connects and also to the 4 steel hydraulic lines that are under the top frame bar of the FEL?
My feeble attempts at putting this back together aren't working and I don't want to force any hoses or put them back in rubbing/chafing on each other/the FEL frame, or the tractor).I started describing how I recall the setup was before I demolished it, but it got very long and too confusing - a picture would be worth at least a thousand words here!
(BTW, my LA211 and BX2200 are circa 2002 with a 3 position valve that has 2 hoses connecting out the bottom of the manifold, 4 hoses connecting on the face/top of it in a :: type of configuration, and the 7th hose connecting kind of catty-wompus on the front off to one side. The whole thing (valve, control lever, and bracket) bolts to the FEL frame at about a 45 angle.)
