Made my own Tooth Bar for the BX-25

I just finished making my tooth bar for the FEL on my BX-25. Still have to primer and paint it. Snowing now, so I'll do it later. I bought the teeth off a vendor and had the 4" - 1/4" thick bar. I have @ $125.00 in it. Welded them on and two 1/2" bolts later - Walllllah...

Nice work!

I made mine also, makes for a real digging machine.
Great in hard pan and soils that have inbedded stones as the cutting edge won't bounce off preventing full loads every time.
Also great to remouve roots without picking up the topsoil.

Just like having a new tractor. Whole new world.

awesome job, I always wanted a toothbar, but it too expensive. I wouldnt mind buying just the teeth peices at a time. If you really had 125 invested, means the teeth were 20 or less a peice which is doable for me. Where were you able to get it that low price?

Weight is @ 60lbs. Tip - try contacting several tip suppliers and do a little fanagling on the price. Buying 6 will lower it
