Tires Wheel spacer for B3200 question

Hey all, I just bough the wheel spacer kit for the b3200, its two tick pices of metal with holes, and some threded bolts, no heads. Looks like I will have to use two nuts to put the bolts in, I am not sure how this works, any thoughts would be nice. Photo attached.

I also bought the step aid, for the 3200, its Kubota part number 6A700-51350, looking at the tag, its made in Japan!

There are special tools for inserting/removing studs but as long as you have enough threads, two nuts locked against each other should work.

I have the same kit on my B2630. The two nut method as mentioned works well, but if you have loaded tires have some one with a strong back there to help put the tires back on. This is because the kit has no bolts used to line the tire up so you have to position the tire just right or you will destroy the threads on the studs.

It is amazing how much stability the 3" will add.

Be carefull taking the original two short studs out. I had to use a torch to heat up the hub a little, the lock tight they used was tough stuff. I actually destroyed the threads on the first one I tried to remove and had to weld the nut on to get it out. When you get that step on your gonna love it, I can't imaging not having it now.

I was going to get the spacer kit but was told it would not work with my MMM. Looking at it with the deck installed, I don't see how the spacers would effect it. Anyone run the spacers with a mmm?

Thanks for the advise, I knew this was the place. I am worried about removing the short studs that RobKinNH is talking about. TwinCam88 I was told the same thing about the MMM, so I am looking for a RFM now. Now I still have the little BX23 to help me with the tire change out, but after two months listed for sale, finally have a good lead on selling it, so It may be sold before I get Home to put the spacers on. Also Develdog1, if your on here, I will be working out of Lockpport Monday, over in Rochester NY today and tomorrow.
