Hi, new to the forum.
I bought a used Bradco 612 trencher a year ago and I'm finally getting around to connecting it. I have everything working well except the hydraulics.
I don't want to spend a ton of cash on this. The dealer that sold me the tractor in 1999 told me that I could simply connect it to the FEL directional valve with quick connects by manually swapping the it for the raise and lower position. While that is a cheap and easy fix I'd rather have a rear directional valve to control the trencher. I think that would be safer. I found a valve on baileynet web site for $70 that appears to meet my needs. (220-932)
How do I connect it? I don't have a manual but I've been online researching. So I'm thinking that I connect it to the FEL at the Power Beyond port to the input side of the rear valve and then the PB to the tractor 3ph input. but then I'm lost. where would the return pressure go to? TIA.
