Kubota BX23
I recently purchased my Bx23 two weeks ago and have never previously owned anything larger than a lawn tractor. My Kubota was purchased with about 500 hours on it. Up until today I dont recall it stalling out, did some ditching with the backhoe last week and it seemed ok. The problem is when I start the tractor in either foreward or reverse and depress the floor petal it sputters and stalls. The throttle adjustment seems ok , I can speed the engine up and slow it down no problem. Today I had it in neutral gear trying to figure out the problem and noticed the same thing happening when i depressed the pedal foreward or reverse it stalled. Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated thanks...

I would also suspect the seat switch. Try leaning the seat forward and punching the seat switch in a bunch of times. Sometimes the contact points get dirty and don't make good contact. You can also jumper it out.
