la211 loader valve

Does anyone know where i can get a parts breakdown for the loader valve on my LA211 loader. I think I need to dissassemble and take a look but don't need springs,balls,and other goodies flying around. Thanks

I bought a cd on ebay for like $7 that covered the loader, mower, and tractor. Here is the pdf for the parts manual. It doesn't give service procedures, but I know the part numbers for the pipes were right on for me.

unless you DEFINETLY know your problem is in your control valve I wouldn't open it up.....you may add to you problems if it doesn't go back together properly....

shy of the spools not going all the way in/out, or having trouble with the spring return/float......or the valve creeping under load, there's little you can do for it just taking it apart....

Best to do more troubleshooting before opening up components on a fishing excursion......:confused2:

Troubleshooting can be costly, but BAD troubleshooting is VERY costly..

When I pull back on lever to raise bucket I cannot pull back to the lever stop. If I do nothing happens. I have to carefully push lever forward from this point to a " sweet spot" before bucket will move and then it is weak and moves slowly. I have had this tractor for years and this is a new problem. I have checked all fittings and all other loader functions seem normal.

Have you tried to swap the lift hoses with the dump hoses to see if the symptoms swap out around.....

You could be right about the control valve, I'd just be sure....

If the spool on the control valve is binding then it would be in the rear cover (opposite side of the exposed spool)......that section will come apart without dismantling the whole valve....

also don't overlook the linkage if you have a joystick control ..

Check your spring centering springs located under one of the bottom caps. While you have it opened, clean inspect and replace anything necessary, and lube all parts.

Check springs A, and B on page 9 in the control valve.
