Kubota L175 Lift

Power Lift on L175 tractor was working fine.Tractor was parked and sat for a couple of weeks.Lift will no longer work.No action at all on lift arms when lever is activated to raise the lift.Valve is working and you can hear and feel the bypass effect.If you hold it back you can get a squealing sound but,no lift arm action at all.Oil is level with the check plug and is new Kubota oil.Have not cleaned screen across from supply line.Going to do that tomorrow.Does anyone have an ideal what the problem is?

Ok,I found the problem.The hydraulic system had water in it and the lift piston was seized in the liner.Took a lot of clean up but,i now have it operatioal again.
