BX1800 Engine Info/Specs...

I have searched a good bit on this forum and on the web and can't seem to find any information on the BX1800 engine other than it is a 44ci 3 cylinder diesel engine with 18 gross hp.

I was hoping to find out engine model name, torque/rpm curves and anything else. I am new to this tractor and I am trying to get more familiar with it since I don't have any information on it from the original owner.

You should fine your model number among them.

I'd hazard a guess it is the same engine as in the current 18 hp BX. the D722.
Of course, pollution devices and laws have changed dramatically.

As far a specs, well, that engine is sold and used in other applications, such as boats, yachts, pumps, generators, fork lifts, etc.

If you want/need a shop manual or owners manual for your tractor, they should be easy enough to track down at a dealer or online.
