OK have my new B29020 and kept the 55w flood off old tractor to put on this one. Is there wires in rear that run off light switch that I can just plug into and where are they located?

The wires are located under the right rear fender -- look for two bullet connectors taped to the harness with blue tape. The lead is powered when the engine is running, so you will need to install a switch.

Be sure the old light doesn't draw too much current since the 2920 only has a 20A alternator, and only about 14-15A are available to charge the battery and run accessories.

I checked and a standard 55w halogen pulls about 4.5 amps. Will that work with the existing lights?

Should be fine. I have two mounted on my 2920 ROPS.

You should be okay. The stock dynamo puts out around 14.5 charging amps, and I believe I calculated the tractor lighting to draw somewhere around 5.3 amps give or take. You should come in just under 10 amps or so for total draw.
