One of the reasons I don't like their catalog is that I can't give you a link into your model. I seached for BH77, it came up.

Yes, if its part of a wholegoods kit the parts are not in the online system. We often have to call and get a fax from Kubota with the diagram, so it may take a follow up call from us with the info.

This is EXACTLY what kind of interaction I expect from ANY dealers. simple and straight forward answers when trying to get a part or kits for anything we own.

I just tried the advanced option and I was very pleasantly surprised to see my BX24 with the WHOLE parts diagrams/ pics and part numbers right away.

Tried this today to find price for Extendable arms. Used the ones on a B3030. It gave me part numbers and a good idea of the price in case I decide to add these to my B2320. Came up with about $550 for parts.

In the "Parts Diagrams" (orange box)

In the first box for "Series" - I selected Backhoes(BH)

in the second box for "Model" - I don't see BH77 listed.

This is where I would logically expect to see it.

So I looked under the B tractors listing - and I don't see it there either.

Ok - I found it.

It appears to be on the Kubota site:

but I can't find it anywhere in the Messicks listings

I've ordered parts from Messick's a couple times, by phone. And was impressed with with the people on the other end of the phone line, very helpful!. Good prices and fast service also.

I just got some parts for my Woods mower from them. I ordered them on the tenth of May and they were shipped same day. I had not recieved them by Thursday, one week later so I called to get a tracking number. The fellow, Jeremey, that I talked with, checked to see what the problem was. He returned and said FedEx said they were already delivered. No such thing. So he talked to shipping and they sent another box out right away. That was Thursday and I recieved them on Friday. Very good service. I would buy from them any time.

I got my order from Messicks yesterday. I went to the new Kubota web site picked all my parts downloaded the CSV file uploaded it to Messicks after signing in and the was all the parts with the prices. It is a good system.
