pin issues on BH75
Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced problems with keeping the pins in on the stabilizer pads with the BH75 backhoe? With the movement of the machine sometimes I end up loosing the snap ring that holds the pin in on the pad.
Is there a solution to correct it? I was thinking about welding a large washer on one end to keep it from sliding out, but then the other side has a snap ring too, so I'm at a loss for a solution. Any tips would be greatly apprieciated!

I have the same back hoe on my L3400 and have not had a problem. Snap rings can be a pain if they don't seat correctly. Try a new set but make sure you have a good snap ring tool because without it that can cause the ring to deform and you will have the same problem.

Re: pin issues on BH75
Shadman, thanks for the reply.
I just picked up a new set of snap rings. I'll give it another shot at it. I wish the pins were like the pins that are on the loader with a bolt going through them so there's no chance of it pulling out.
