Re: RTV 1140 Using Coolant
I'm assuming you checked the radiator to make sure it isn't plugged with dust or dead grass/crud....it's kinda easy to get plugged up on my 1140. I have created a secondary shield to filter out stuff before it enters the radiator area. I found that washing the radiator out with a water hose did wonders for the overheating problem which I had, once.

Re: RTV 1140 Using Coolant
I took it in, not happy with the treatment and service, (or lack thereof). So I guess we are at a stand-off. Some Kubota dealers are good and some are not.

I think Kubota can make a good product but they fail at repairing and troubleshooting rare problems. 2 of which are mine. I am pretty sure my rtv 1100 is using coolant.

Nope. Still at the dealership. Don't know what will happen with it.

Re: RTV 1140 Using Coolant
I think it has a cracked head. Possible litigation pending, so I can't go into much detail.
