Kubota 5040-6040-7040 Travel Speeds

Can anyone tell me, perhaps from owner's manual data, how fast one of these machines would travel in low-range first gear at 540 PTO rpm while pulling a rotary mower (bush hog)? I'm a little concerned that these machines may be a little fast when working in heavy brush. I don't see many of these machines offered with the creeper option. Thanks.

My M7040 operators manual states 1.4-1.5 MPH at rated engine speed depending on rear tire sizes.
