2+ Years ago I picked up a toothbar at an auction for $100. It was made for a 60"+ wide bucket. I decided to make it fit the Kubota.

First step was cutting it down and then develop a method to attach it.

Then I needed to develop a way to secure the bar to the bucket. Some 4" plate I had laying around so I figured contour to the bucket and then use some binders on the back side to cinch the bar down. (Binders aren't installed yet, had to stop for the night).

Backside where I will attach a binder to strap and then weld an attachment point on the bucket.

About 2 hours of work start to finish including setup/cleanup. I'm looking forward to digging some holes this spring.

I'll update this as I add the binders this week.

Very nice job and completed in record time. You will like the increased digging ability when using it..

Got this done along with the QA I built a few weeks ago.

Works great and I got to use it to dig some fresh ground because I needed to level out some space near the house.

I cut some basic hooks on the plasma table and welded them to the back of the bucket. Then I welded some chain to the tooth bar brackets that go under the bucket. Now I just use a small load binder to cinch the bar tight to the bucket. I did cut the excess chain off so there are only 3 links on each side.
