I just picked up a little B4200. I didn't need it, but it was kinda inexpensive, and had AG tires on it, something I think will help me out with my little tiller that currently sits on my B7100 with turf tires. While the B4200 has less than 600 hours on it, it did spend a good portion of it's life in the out-of-doors, and has quite a bit of sun fading. Missing from the machine is the rear PTO guard (which I think I have a spare of by an off chance), and the top link.

Any ideas if there is anything special here I need, or would a 9" center section unit work for me?

I would try the short one TSC sells. If it did not work you could take it back. Do you have a toplink off another tractor you could try so you could get a idea?

Measure from the top link mount to a position as far back as the lower link implement mounting holes. Get a top link about that size when adjusted to about mid-length.
