Watch they don't distort from the welding process. It might make pin installation difficult.

Princess Auto has them too, a bit cheaper I think... I welded mine 90 degrees at a time, very little distortion.

It looks like that collar has sufficient wall thickness not to distort, especially if you follow Chilly's advice. Tack it in place and skip weld. Also, since it's not a high speed bushing, you could easily buff out the ID if the pin is too tight.

I use a shaft coupling W/O groove and cut to the length I need. They are a lot heavier and the extra thickness and length helps eliminate any distortion. When welding I run shaft through and align the weldments with each other. I buy them at Amazon in any shaft/pin size I need at the time. Metric also.
