So I installed the Kubota rear remote valve kit on my L3200 today. The install was long, but fairly easy. One of the last steps is to connect a hydraulic line from the power beyond port on the FEL control to the input for the rear remote valve manifold. Well, there is already a hose connected to the power beyond port on the FEL control!!!

(it's on the left middle, marked with the green paint dot)
That hose runs from the FEL power beyond port down to the hydraulic block which is under the floorboard below the brake pedals:

(it's on the left -- hose with green tape)
Looking at the block, and studying the hydraulic plumbing and parts diagrams, it seems to me that the port on the hydraulic block ends up connecting over to the hydraulic supply line for the 3-point hitch lift cylinder. That is a guess, but I think it's a fairly good one. The hard line that runs out the back of the block goes up and over and connects to the 3-point cylinder case (under the seat front) with a banjo bolt, right next to the rate valve knob for the 3-point.
I am guessing that if I disconnect that green line from the FEL power beyond port in order to hookup the rear remote valves, I will no longer have supply pressure going to the 3-point hitch. But, it seems like the way to remedy that is to run a line from the power beyond on the rear remote valve manifold back to the "green" port on the hydraulic block under the floorboard.
None of this is mentioned in the instructions. They seem to assume that the FEL power beyond port is unused and available, and that the power beyond port on the rear remote manifold isn't needed (unless backhoe present, which it's not).
Anyway, that's what I know and guess, and I am hoping someone can confirm or help me out. I had to call it quits at 11pm tonight with my tractor sticking halfway out my (still open) garage door, since I didn't want to start it and risk waking up my daughter. I am hoping I can settle things tomorrow.
thanks!!
