OK guys. I've got a B2620. I found this hose sitting right under my tractor. I don't know when it fell off. I always park my tractor here. I'm assuming it is a vent of some kind.

Any ideas?

Looks like it could be an overflow hose from the coolant reservoir.

That would be my first guess. If you don't have it figured out by then, I will take a look at mine when I get home in a few hours.

If not coolant, could be the diesel overflow coming off the fill cap area.

That's my guess!!!

Thanks guys. I won't be home until tonight. If it isn't pouring, then I will check the guesses and see what it is. I was on my way inside when I found it so I didn't have time to even look under the hood.

Looks just like my crank vent hose. My coolant hose is clear.

One other idea, some tractors have a front axle vent tube that will come from near the center of the axle and go up horizontal to the engine area. The idea is to vent the axle but be high enough that water wont get in if you submerge the axle in a lower water crossing or something.

Do you have a dog? Maybe he drug it over from the neighbor's house and is playing a dirty trick on you.

Is there any diesel left in your tank?

Sorry, I couldn't resist.
