Mutz, thanks for the response on your trailer. I think I'm going to go with a Diamond C with the newly designed engineered beam goose neck when they come out. I think I want a 26 foot deck over. How wide is yours from the inside wheel wells? I'm thinking of 2-10K axles with 17" super singles.

My M7060 has filled R4 tires with a loader and a 1400 lb hydraulic box blade. I'd also like to carry my 55" EA Wicked Grapple. I bet all that weighs close to 10-11,000 lbs.

Anytime.

Mine is about 72"-74" between fenders. I would have to go measure it, but I know it is in that area. It is 102" wide everywhere else.

If the gooseneck is designed correctly then 20% of the weight should be on the truck.

I wouldnt hesitate to put that weight on mine.

I have two 7k axles. Total 14k pounds plus 20% is 16,800 lbs minus 5k for trailer weight puts me at 11,800lbs I can put on it. All this is considering everything is loaded perfectly.
The above is the way I see it. I'm not telling you that is a 100% correct though.

Also I have the 16 ply tires. Tires lets me do 15,500 if I remember correctly, but this has nothing to do with the information above. I recommend upgrading tires if that is an option.

I’m convinced this is one of those internet urban legends - be prepared to catch a LOT of oil changing your filters. And unless your TLB, oil pans and shop are sparkling clean I wouldn’t be re-using that spilled hydraulic fluid. I ended up taking an oil bath changing the hydraulic filters when my 5 gallon oil pan started overflowing...

I dont think a temp of 205 is bad depending if it is normal though. I wonder how high it gets when you think it is going bad.

Most engines today run at 190+. Some of the tractor truck / 18wheeler thermostats dont even open till it is at 215 degrees which IMO is CRAZY. I think that is when crap starts to warp. I think the 5.9 cummins in my dually doesnt open till about 210+. Still makes me uncomfortable, but thats emissions for you.

I know on the other tractor we got rid of sometimes I had to blow out the radiator every 30minutes in the summer cutting thick grass. Gets old in a hurry.
200+ isn't bad for engine coolant system, but you don't want your hydraulic system running there.
WOW that sounds like a lot of work.

My truck opens about 170. I won't let it get over 200. I'm not sure that the fan clutch isn't going bad. I've bought another one and haven't got it put on yet.

We do multiple things with our Kubota swiss army knife......I mean M62.
Here is our son working the thumb as he consolidates trash between our small roll off dumpsters we rent out.
