Went to start B21 this morning. Engine oil was over the full mark by about half the distance from "full to add". Seems I recall last time I ran it it was a bit above also.
I recall on Peugeot 504 diesels, at least with the non bosch fuel pump, this meant the front seal was leaking fuel down into the crankcase. Wondering if the same may be possible here?
I am going to drain and refill, as I don't want to chance running it on diluted oil, then see what happens from there. I don't run it that often, so may well forget that plan. I know on the Peugeot, I ran for quite a while, thinking how fortunate I was it had stopped using oil. Ah, what bliss is ignorance . . . When it began "gaining" oil, I became concerned.
