I have a problem with the 3ph not staying up for very long, and was disappointed to find out viagra didn't help the Kubota. So I replaced the o-ring on the 3ph piston, and looked at the cylinder while at it, and it's scored quite a bit, and the piston looks scuffed also. I re-assembled it anyway, and of course it made no difference. The old o-ring looked good anyway. Has anyone ever had the cylinder fixed? It is very similar to a motorcycle cylinder in size (I'm used to them) and would bore it out to clean it up, but I'm sure there isn't an oversized piston for this.
Any ideas, anyone? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Did you adjust the "drop speeed adjuster"? My B8200 has a knob under the seat to allow adjustment of how fast/slow the 3pt lowers.

Robert, I haven't adjusted the drop rate, because to be honest I can't find anything to adjust. There is no obvious adjustment to me, at least. I have ordered a owner's manual, but it hasn't come in yet. Ya gotta love back-orders. /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
It's more of an inconvenience right now, but come winter when I have a rear blade on, it's really going to be a pain. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

The 3 pt should hold up even with the drop rate valve wide open, on my b7500 the 3 pt will drop but only very gradually and never a problem.
