Do you think that there is enough room in the slot for the seat belt and the cruise control? I am thinking of it for the BX 22, but Kubota doesn't recommend this because of the seat belt.

Are you talking about the slot where the lever goes?

If it is just a belt I think it would because the spring pulls the lever back when You hit the brake lever or travel pedal.

You have to move the lever forward with Your foot depressing the travel pedal.
It stays locked until either the brake pedal or travel pedal is moved.
All the cruise control is a mechanical means of locking the travel pedal in position.
I took some pics of mine and will try to post them as soon as I get them developed as I do not have a digital camera.
