Hi,
I have a L245DT with a re occuring rear oil leak..
this past winter i pulled the motor and replaced the front and rear mail (front stopped leaking) the rear still leaks some but not as bad.
Any advice on this is this common?

Also, my kubota has 1500 hours on it and when i start it up she smokes a ton of smoke, then once she clears up shes fine i was told its my fuel injection unit???
any suggestion
thanks

Hello Dave & Welcome to the ‘mess’… /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
Where are you in ‘the heartland’ /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif fill out your bio…

The smoke could be a glow plug problem or an injector that is not spraying when it should… injector pressure back check at the nozzle could be leaking. Remove them and have them checked along with the injector pump. Lots of smoke could be lots of raw fuel in combustion chamber and that can get lots of fuel in your oil, thinning it out and causing it to leak more easily around your new seals… Just some guesses …KennyV.
