Believe it or not - it weighs over 100lbs fully assembled...

Interesting idea. What did you use for the rubber insert, and where did you get it? I can see this idea being used by many if it isn't too difficult to obtain the parts. thanks Dusty

A place in CA called RubberCal...

Rubber Snow Plow Blades and Cutting Edges

Basically used other clamp-on ideas from TBN...while I had a friend do the welding, it took him less than 3 hrs from start to finish...

Does it still load snow into the bucket? Although I see the value of this, as I did this with my ATV blade, It appears that the snow would simply fall off each side, especially if it is fluffy stuff?

Nice pics, I want to do something similar to mine...

Thanks!

Also, for anyone interested, I may be able to obtain some conveyor belt that is about a 1/2' thick... Cheaper than the weblink someone else posted... It works well on my quad.

Waiting for SNOW!!!!

Building this add-on insured I would not get any snow (ever again)!

Will post reply when I actually use it....

Would you put the FEL in the float position when using it? The rubber would have to be extremely durable to take the scoffing from the blacktop on the driveway. Good idea, I hope it works well for you.

I plan to try both - I have "dragged" it on dry pavement and it handles it pretty well in float, but does chew it up a bit...

It is a rubber designed for plow blades, but there are no shoes (yet) on my design...

When (if) we get snow, I will post results
