I do not think u would be happy with the tire marks it leaves on the lawn, BUT you would be cool. It you did not step on the forward peddle much and left it at idle it may take 43.5 minutes to do an acre?

Depending on home or business use...home,when the engine or tranny starts to nickle and dime you to death.

Yup,when the tractor sets for long peroid of time w/no use,and one thinking real hard about down sizing...but that's for home use.

AC would be nice, however I would think with a 60" deck on the 1800, it should only take you 30 minutes to do an acres (depending on how many trees you need to navigate.

Now an air conditioned canopy for the weed wacker would be nice.

Don't forget to check the air pressure before mowing. That is very critical in attaining an even cut. Of course by the time you check the air in all those tires you could have push mowed the entire acre especially if the tires are loaded since you'd have to make sure the valve stems are on top.

The simple answer to your question is the B3030. Its the smallest machine with A/C from any vender.

B3030 cab model is smallest with ac, and it should not be too heavy for a normal turf.

With a 3030 I would think you would be finished mowing before the cab got cold. Not to mention if you have the cash to buy a 3030 for 1 acre of grass, I could use a handout.
