Is there anything to put on stumps to speed the removal like composting it? Have about 2 acres of hardwood stumps.

2 acres is a large area to grind the stumps. Why don't you hire a Stump Grinding Service to accomplish the job?

4" below ground for grazing, 12" below ground for cultivation is all thats required
Thank you. We have some do deal with but land use in that area is uncertain so far.

Look at stump rot chemicals at Lowes or such but think it is potash. I have been told just use regular fertilizer but have only used again think potash. It does cost more. Drill some holes in the stumps and fill the holes. Has worked on some decent size stumps for me in the oak family and possibly some gums.
