I found this old mower laying at a farm for sale. It needs a gear box on the center mower. I don't know what make this mower is, can someone help me ID this thing?

Gearboxes are very generic. With some accurate measurements you can buy one online.

Cutter appears relatively straight. But has some pretty serious rust damage also. If bought cheap enough and with some repairs it should provide a lot of service.

Looks like a Rhino SR15 (15'?) 1988-1990. Go to GermanBliss.com for online parts.

Your not planning on pulling that with your Max 24 are you?.... please say no!

Can't tell the size but you probably need 60 or 70hp for that bad boy.

That is what it is.... a Rhino, thanks again!

I do small brush hogging with the Max 24, I bought a 4' BB48 Woods cutter for it. I love that little cutter it works great behind the max 24. I also am looking at an older Massy with the perkins diesel to run a bigger cutter. But this Rhino is a 1000 rpm pto, way outta my league.

Thanks again!
