It will help folks to answer if you post where you are sometimes. Looks like Europe to me, so what is there may not always be the same as here.
I would contact Flail-Master - Mower Replacement Parts, Commercial Riding Mower Parts, Rotary Cutter Parts, Blade grinders, Trimmer Line, Mowing Accessories - Flail Master - Flailmaster - I think they are, it is definitely flailmaster and send them pictures.
They have been very helpful with getting my flail straightened around.
