It would take you a week to cut that with a 72" ZTR.
You need a tractor pulling a bushhog to do that kind of mowing.

I think your arms would fall off trying to mow 40 acres with a zero turn. While I like the Grasshopper diesel mower I would seriously spend the money on a simple utility tractor with a brush chopper or finish mower. Price wise would be almost the same but you will be a lot more comfortable on the tractor then you would on the zero turn. Plus the tractor would give you options for other attachments if you ever wanted them.
